The hotel was family with spacious rooms. The staff were helpful, marvellous location to Hakuba Happo one bus terminal. I visited Izakaya Kakuichi, based a few steps away from the property, had dinner there. Appreciated climate control, multi-channel television, and a dining area in the room👍

The staff here was incredibly accommodating and very friendly, plus the rooms were really spacious and had all the amenities we needed like a shower, hairdryer, and bath towels.
